Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live online teaching sessions through video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or institutional LMS portals
- Plan and prepare structured lesson plans, digital worksheets, and curriculum-aligned e-learning content
- Conduct regular student assessments, assignments, and progress evaluations to track learning outcomes
- Provide personalised doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one academic support to students
- Monitor student attendance, performance metrics, and maintain accurate digital grade records
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to align teaching content with institutional objectives and syllabus requirements
- Create engaging multimedia learning materials including presentations, video explainers, and online quizzes
- Communicate professionally with students, parents, and academic teams through digital channels
- Participate in periodic faculty training, curriculum review sessions, and professional development programmes
- Stay updated with the latest EdTech tools, teaching methodologies, and subject-area developments
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; B.Ed, M.Ed, or equivalent teaching certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in online tutoring, e-learning instruction, or classroom teaching
- Proficiency in video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as Google Classroom, Moodle, Canvas, or similar tools
- Strong command over English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a student-first and empathetic teaching approach
- Ability to create engaging digital content using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote work environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, webcam, and a quiet dedicated home workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Subject expertise in one or more areas: Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, or competitive exam preparation
- Experience with EdTech platforms such as BYJU'S, Vedantu, Unacademy, or similar organisations
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning content authoring tools
- Experience teaching K-12 students, college-level learners, or competitive exam aspirants
- Knowledge of CBSE, ICSE, State Board, or international curriculum standards
